I seriously can't believe that it's been a whole year since I started writing recipes for and chatting with you guys. Ok, so that's not really what Cinco de Mayo is supposed to be about, but I'm pretty sure that's the way most of us think of it. I know what you're thinking and you're half right: tomorrow is Cinco de Mayo, the official holiday of consuming fabulous Mexican and Mexican-inspired eats (and drinks!) and listening to mariachi music.
